Scottie's is no secret to the construction crowd in the Roaring Fork Valley.
Tucked away behind Valley Lumber between Basalt and El Jebel, Colorado, Scottie serves up fresh baked bread, subs, cookies, Quesadillas, and a good dose of the talk of the valley.
Scottie gets up at the wee hours to make his customers happy. Many of them have been coming here for breakfast and lunch every day for decades!
