Eat Green
There is more than one way to eat green on St. Patrick's Day.
Stay away from those ugly foods filled with green food coloring.
Instead find the joy of making delicious foods that are naturally green on their own. See our recipes below.
Another way to eat green is to buy fresh foods that are in season and minimize what you buy that comes in packages. This helps us use less fossil fuels since the foods don't need to be transported as far and the packaging doesn't need to be made of disposed of.
You don't have to make a huge radical change. Even just building a tendency to buy greener will help over all - and help to make a better world for ourselves as we grow older, and to make a better world for our children.
